STUDENT PROJECT.
For the Open Air music event, I created a branding system guided by the principles of Swiss Style poster design. The assignment required working within the grid-based, typographic structure of the International Typographic Style, focusing on order, alignment, and balance rather than decorative elements. My design emphasized clean layouts, strong hierarchy, and modular spacing, allowing the information to be clear and accessible across different scales. I explored two variations: one that relied strictly on type and grid to communicate the event details, and another that introduced photography within the same system to capture atmosphere while maintaining the structure and clarity of the Swiss approach.
